Partnerships, rights & implementation

Connecting institutional ambition
with practical delivery.

Business and institutional relationships

As Executive Director of PT Karya Andalan Teknindo since 2024, he manages relationships with strategic clients and stakeholders while guiding day-to-day operations. Previously, as Chief Product Officer and Project Manager at PT Milenial Fest Indonesia, he advised emerging ventures on business strategy, regulatory compliance and operational scaling under national entrepreneurship programs.

His commercial experience includes publishing operations and intellectual property management, covering rights licensing, public-domain portfolios and distribution channels. This combination informs a practical view of how organizations can organize their assets, structure partnerships and connect intellectual property with business objectives.

From engagement to implementation

At UNICEF Indonesia, he managed youth-engagement programs and multi-stakeholder advocacy with government ministries and international partners. His broader experience includes partnership leadership and organizational research at Gerakan Pramuka, legal-document research for the GIZ SED-TVET program, and legislative support for Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives.

At Utomo Institute, Adnan contributes a perspective grounded in stakeholder coordination, legal analysis and implementation. His experience supports conversations about institutional engagement, business establishment and operations, and the management and commercial use of intellectual property.
