Si Menang Pemilu / SIMENANG

One shared record.
A coordinated team.

Sistem Informasi Pemenangan Pemilu: satu sumber data untuk seluruh badan pemenangan.

Bring people, agendas, logistics and campaign administration into a connected, mobile-first workspace.

SIMENANG supports the pre-election operations of legislative campaign organizations, with regional access that connects central administration and field teams.

The problem

Shared responsibilities need shared records.

When spreadsheets and chat groups become the operating system, the same activity can leave several incomplete versions of the truth.

People and assignments sit in one file, logistics in another, and constituent requests in a conversation thread. Coordinators struggle to see who owns the next step, while finance teams assemble reports manually.

SIMENANG brings those records into a common structure so teams can connect requests, approvals, delivery evidence and follow-up with the people responsible.

Inside SIMENANG

A working view across the organization.

The dashboard brings summary records and upcoming activities into one view. Regional reporting offers another way to navigate the underlying administrative structure.

Connected capabilities

Keep the work and its evidence together.

01

Connected records

Organize electoral districts, subdistricts, urban villages and polling stations in one hierarchy, with DPT import and connected records for cadres, volunteers and constituents.

02

Regional access & team structure

Assign access and responsibilities across DPC, PAC and Ranting. Candidate dashboards provide a view of their assigned electoral district, while coordinators manage tasks and volunteer activity.

03

Agendas & attendance

Connect scheduled activities with location pins, named coordinators, reminders and QR attendance. Keep the operational record close to the activity it describes.

04

Logistics & campaign materials

Track requests, approvals, warehouse distribution, photographic delivery evidence and receipt confirmation. Record campaign-material installation coordinates and review restricted-zone checks.

05

Constituent aspirations

Record submitted issues, identify the person responsible for follow-up and retain a shared view of progress. Give field observations a place in the team's working record.

06

Regional reporting

Bring regional records and aggregate dashboard indicators into a common view. Administrative boundaries, polling-station references and map layers help users understand how records are organized geographically.

07

Campaign finance

Record income and expenditure, manage approvals and contribution-limit checks, and export LADK, LPSDK and LPPDK report formats for treasurer review. Applicable templates and rules need to be checked for the relevant election.

08

Documents, communication & audit

Coordinate internal broadcasts by organizational level, maintain a document centre, export PDF or Excel reports and trace recorded changes through an audit log.

Who it supports

Clear responsibilities at every level.

Leadership, secretariat & DPC administrators

Maintain a common administrative picture, coordinate approvals and review the records submitted by regional teams.

Dapil, PAC & Ranting coordinators

Organize local agendas, assignments, logistics and constituent follow-up within the relevant access scope.

Legislative candidates

Review the personal dashboard for their electoral district and stay informed about the team's recorded activities.

Field volunteers & cadres

Record attendance, document assigned work and submit issues from the field through mobile-first workflows.

Everyday workflows

From a request to a documented outcome.

Workflow 01

A delivery that can be traced

An administrator approves a campaign-material request. A field team attaches delivery evidence, and the recipient confirms receipt.

Workflow 02

An activity with follow-through

Volunteers check in through QR attendance. A submitted constituent issue is recorded and assigned to a named person for follow-up.

Workflow 03

A report ready for review

The treasurer reviews income, expenditure and approvals, then exports the relevant reporting format for reconciliation and submission preparation.

Data & accountability

Access should follow responsibility.

Regional access, encrypted national identity numbers, consent records and an audit trail are part of the described product capabilities.

Before deployment, define which records each role needs, how personal information is collected and retained, and who can authorize exports. Sensitive records should be handled according to the agreed purpose and applicable requirements.

Finance checks and report exports support administration. The treasurer and responsible team still review accuracy, supporting evidence and the requirements applicable to the election; software alone does not establish compliance.

Product scope

Built around the work before election day.
