At the national One Data Indonesia Secretariat within Bappenas, he led governance, data planning and analysis, supporting data governance standards across public institutions and reviews of government ICT initiatives. His subsequent work with the National Bureaucratic Reform Acceleration Committee addressed One Data Indonesia, electronic government, integrated public services and national development risk management.
His experience at the Presidential Communication Office includes leading the development of an AI and Big Data communication system to support policy decisions and citizen outreach. His research at UI-CSGAR connects organizational modernization, AI-enabled policy tools and national development risk management. He has also supported policy alignment for MSMEs, the creative economy and the digital sector through work with the Special Presidential Envoy.
Technology grounded in practice
Before his public-sector assignments, he led enterprise technology sales and partnerships, including regulatory reporting solutions for financial institutions. His entrepreneurial experience spans distribution software, digital commerce and artificial intelligence, including co-founding Konvergen.ai. This background brings a commercial and operational perspective to the design of institutional change.
At Utomo Institute, he contributes to digital government strategy, data governance, interoperability and enterprise architecture. His perspective helps connect AI adoption with institutional readiness, clear accountability and the capabilities needed to turn policy objectives into working services.
